Corby Town have signed defender Taylor McKenzie on loan from League Two side Notts County until the end of the season.

McKenzie is a 21-year-old defender who has been at Meadow Lane since signing for the Magpies in 2014.




Originally a youth player with Sheffield Wednesday, he came through the ranks at Hillsborough and also enjoyed loan a spell with Gainsborough Trinity in 2013/14.

He made his County debut in November 2014 during a goalless draw against Accrington Stanley at Meadow Lane in the First Round of the FA Cup.

A few days later, he made his League debut against Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena in a 1–0 League One win.

In all he played seven times during 2014/15, but has yet to feature this season, although he has had time out on loan with National League side Wrexham.
