Maidstone United have added three more players to the squad as pre-season training begins.
First through the door is imposing young defender Danny Divine. The 19-year-old joins after a year as a professional at Gillingham, where he also spent time on loan at Sittingbourne and Faversham Town.
Also signing up is winger Iffy Allen. A product of Barnet’s youth system, Allen ended last season with Braintree Town, playing against Maidstone in the penultimate home game of the campaign in April. The 25-year-old has Football League experience with Barnet and Yeovil, and has also played in the National League for Aldershot, Wrexham and Bromley.
Last but not least to clock in at the Gallagher is Nana Kyei. Another winger, Kyei links up once again with John Still after leaving Barnet at the end of last season. The 21-year-old is making his first permanent move away from The Bees having come through the academy setup at the club, with his 24 first-team appearances at The Hive interspersed with loan spells at Concord, Hampton & Richmond and Potters Bar.
