Busy Ebbsfleet United have brought back former favourite Yado Mambo.

Central defender Mambo returns to bolster the back line heading into a busy winter schedule following completion of his signing this morning.

The 25-year-old has had two previous spells at the club, on loan from Charlton Athletic in 2011/12 and again briefly in 2013/14, clocking up thirty-two appearances and 3 goals.

Aside from his time at Stonebridge Road, Mambo played in the Football League for AFC Wimbledon and Shrewsbury Town and has since turned out for Dover Athletic, Chelmsford City, Hayes & Yeading United, Margate and most recently Bishop’s Stortford.

Mambo signed on a short-term contract, will be available for selection at Oxford City but he won’t feature against Woking next weekend, however, as he is cup-tied having played for Bishop’s Stortford in the previous round.
