Margate midfielder James Rogers has signed a new contract, extending his stay at Hartsdown Park for the 2018/19 campaign.
Putting pen to paper on Tuesday afternoon, Rogers admitted he is already counting down to the start of a new season with The Gate.
“I’m pleased to sign for another year as I’ve really enjoyed my time since joining the club. I want to be a part of things moving forwards and making sure we build on the progress made last season.”
“The fans have been fantastic since I signed and the club as a whole has lots of exciting things going on. So, I’m already looking forward to a good pre-season with the boys and pushing on from there.”
The club also confirm Matt Bodkin has been released, while Chris Sessengon has informed the club of his plans to concentrate on getting back to full match fitness before pledging his commitment to any club for next season.
