Striker Ross Hannah has rejoined Matlock Town after almost a decade away.
It was Hannah’s goal-laden stint with the Derbyshire side that earned him a 2011 move to Bradford City.
The 34-year-old had a spell in joint-managerial charge at Gainsborough Trinity last year with Liam King.
More recently, he has been playing for Cleethorpes Town, and he told Matlock’s website of his latest move:
“I’m really happy to have the opportunity to come back to Matlock, where I enjoyed a good spell before my move into the pro game. As soon as I spoke to the gaffer, it felt right; I was really impressed with what he had to say and his ambitions.”
