Merthyr manager Gavin Williams has thanked Hereford supporters for helping raise funds to help the struggling club.
Merthyr play Hereford on Boxing Day and are hopeful of a full house.
“That’s the thing about the football community,” said Williams during a meeting of Merthyr supporters this evening.
“They will know what we’re going through and I know a lot of Hereford fans have put in donations. We can only thank them for that and hopefully they’ll bring as many fans as possible.”
