Chester have announced a new deal for midfielder Declan Weeks.
Weeks is now set to be with the Blues until at least the end of the current campaign.
The former Kidderminster Harriers player joined the National League North side at the beginning of the season, agreeing a short-term deal.
He has featured in 14 games for Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley’s side, during which he has also contributed three goals.
Johnson told the club’s website: “This is excellent news that another very talented young man has chosen us at the club to keep his career moving forwards.
“He’s been quite brilliant since he’s come to the club in terms of performance, but it’s his ability to already look like he’s been here for years with his professional approach and the respect he’s gained from all of the lads.”
