Banbury United confirm that 21-year-old Banbury-born midfielder Giorgio Rasulo, who has Football League experience with MK Dons, Oxford United and Oldham Athletic, has signed for the club.
Rasulo started his career with local side Bloxham Boys before joining the MK Dons academy, progressing with the Buckinghamshire side to make his first team debut at the age of just 15 in November 2012 when coming on as a substitute in an FA Cup tie against Cambridge City. He would go on to make his Football League debut, aged just 16, in the final game of the 2012/13 season against Stevenage.
After making nine senior appearances for MK Dons in season 2013/14, he signed his first professional contract with them in May 2014. Season 2014/15 saw him have loan spells with Oxford United and Conference side Aldershot Town which was followed the next season with a loan spell at Oldham Athletic and a further loan spell with Aldershot.
The last two seasons with MK Dons has seen Rasulo make ten senior appearances for MK Dons but he was released at the end of last season and joined Brackley Town this past summer, though he did not make a competitive appearance for the Saints.
Rasulo also represented England five times at under-16 level and six at under-17 level.
