Swindon Supermarine have announced the return of midfielder Henry Spalding from Cirencester Town.

Spalding first joined the club at the start of the 2016/17 season after departing Bristol City, where he had been since his junior days, and made two starts and four substitute appearances before leaving for Cirencester Town in October 2016.

Manager Lee Spalding commented: “We are delighted to be bringing back a young and exciting midfield player to the club and having spent a couple of seasons at Cirencester he has experienced the challenges of Southern League football and is now better equipped to make an impact at Swindon Supermarine FC.”

Dependant on the paperwork being rectified by the Southern League in the morning, Spalding will be in the squad that travels to Poole Town tonight.
