York City manager Gary Mills has signed young midfielder Charlie Cooper on a month`s loan from Championship side Birmingham City.
The 19-year-old, son of Forest Green Rovers manager Mark and grandson of ex-Leeds United and England left-back Terry, is a second-year professional at St Andrews and is a key member of their under-21 and under-23 set-up.
He had experience of the National League last season whilst on loan at Forest Green before his dad was appointed.
