Gosport Borough are desperate to kick-start their bid for the Southern League Premier South play-offs as Weston-super-Mare visit Privett Park on Tuesday (7.45pm).
To achieve that, Lee Molyneaux insists his team must regain their belief.
Borough have not won for six games and have slipped to ninth – eight points adrift of the play-off places having played more games than the teams around them.
Molyneaux believes his side are at a pivotal point.
“We are still in the chasing pack, as are our opponents and the teams around us,” he said.
“From this point, some will fall away and others will push on and challenge. We have to make sure that we are in the latter category.
“This is a huge game for us. I am looking for a reaction from my team after the draw against Merthyr.”
