Morpeth Town have begun the process of finding their next manager following the resignation of Stephen Turnbull.
Turnbull, who took over from Nick Gray last summer, stepped down after Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Witton Albion.
Chairman Ken Beattie told the club’s website:
“I’ve got the greatest respect and regard for Stephen and he has been extremely unlucky with a number of factors, including COVID-related disruption.
“He has been a tremendous player and ambassador for Morpeth Town.
“He has high standards and will continue to do well going forward.”
