At the Annual Congress of The National League, a number of proposals were put to member clubs for their response concerning play-offs and Promotion Finals in all three Vanarama divisions.

The league is also keen to learn the view of supporters too in what might seem a radical move by including more clubs in play-off matches and having all three Promotion Finals in one day at Wembley.

There are a number of changes this coming season which alters the way the 24 clubs in the Vanarama National League will be required to operate in respect of player registrations.

There will be no longer any `Transfer Window` in August or January and with the removal too of `Emergency Loans`, clubs will now be permitted to loan a player at any time during the season in line with those terms which has been applied with clubs in the Vanarama North and Vanarama South.

There will still be a limitation on the number of loans and no club will be able to name more than five players in any one competition fixture.
