Chester striker George Waring has had his option triggered to remain with the Blues for the 2019-20 season.
The 24-year-old joined the Blues in January following his release from Tranmere Rovers and quickly made his debut up front in the defeat at Spennymoor.
Waring ended the campaign with an impressive return of five goals from just nine starts. He also made six appearances from the bench.
He notched his first goal for his hometown club against Boston United at the Swansway Chester Stadium, and went on to also bag against Blyth Spartans, York City, Ashton United and Alfreton Town.
