Leon Osborne has committed his long term future to Hyde United FC for our 2017-2018 campaign.

Leon commented “I am really happy to sign for Hyde for the coming season and look forward to being part of a winning team. I have enjoyed the last few months since signing in March and believe we will have a very competitive squad for next season”

Manager Darren Kelly and assistant David McGurk (TY) are pleased to get Leon confirmed for the coming season, commenting “Leon is a fantastic addition to the squad. He has experience in the pro game with Bradford City, and adds quality, pace and power. Leon joined late in the season and was injured for the last few games, but being able to work with him as part of a full pre season, will mean that Leon will be able to show everyone what a talent he is. “

CEO Mark Worthington confirmed “We are really happy to be able to get Leon on board for the coming season. He is a very talented footballer, who will add experience, pace, power and goals to the squad. He is another player with a very professional attitude and will enhance training and games with his ability and desire to always do his best.”
