Manager Gary Brabin said: “I’m pleased Liam is staying at the Club.

“He improved as last season went on and showed he can he can be versatile, playing left back, left midfield and as part of a front three early in the season.

“He’s got a great attitude and wants to do well for this Club.”

Liam added: “I’m pleased to be staying at Tranmere.

“The Club has become my home for the past two and a half seasons and I’m determined to do everything I can to help it get back into the Football League.

“We came so close to the Play Offs last season and I think with the squad we’ve got, we can do even better next season.”
