The board of Banbury United have announced a new sponsorship deal with AMA Labels Ltd who will be providing match day clothing for all the club’s volunteers starting from the 2017-18 season.
United’s Commercial Assistant Warren Bartlett was delighted to confirm the deal and said “It’s important that as a supporter owned club, we continue to make progress and keep moving forward.
Part of this is to make our match-day operation as professional as we possibly can and make our volunteers stand out and be easily recognisable to the fans and visitors we have coming into the ground. With the generosity being shown by Andi Burnham and his company AMA Labels, we’ll be able to do just that”.
AMA Labels Sales Director Andi Burnham was more than pleased to be supporting The Puritans and said “Lots of people are talking about Banbury United at the moment and I really wanted to get involved and provide some sort of support to what the club is trying to do. I live in Banbury and I love real football and how important it is to be able to enjoy it at your local club. Banbury United give an experience way above what I first expected and I want to be a part of the good things that are happening at the club. To have a fan owned club in Banbury is something the town needs to embrace and I’m really pleased that my company will be supporting the hard working volunteers of the club by providing match day clothing”.
Banbury United Commercial Director, Mark Allitt was also keen to thank AMA Labels Ltd and commented “I would like to thank Andi and AMA Labels for supporting our club in this way and it’s another sign of how businesses are willing to contribute and help us with the supporter ownership model”
