Worcester City boss Tim Harris has shared his delight at club captain Craig Jones joining his backroom staff.
Jones will become player-coach at the club ahead of next season, but Harris stressed that he remains a vital part of matters on the pitch.
Harris told the club’s website: “I am delighted Craig has agreed to be part of the management structure and I see him as an important part of the team. He is an experienced and natural leader.
“His main focus will be leading us on the pitch, though he will also play an integral role off the pitch with (assistant) Andy (Bevan) and myself. Craig’s been fantastic both on and off the pitch since he’s been here.”
