Notts County have signed forward Lewis Knight from Bradford (Park Avenue).
The 22-year-old makes the step up to the National League side on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
National League North Avenue’s leading scorer this season, with 11 goals in 15 games, Notts say they have paid ‘a nominal fee’ to sign Knight.
Magpies boss Neal Ardley told the club’s website:
“As you saw with Cal Roberts last season, we’re always looking for young, hungry players who have something about them.
“We’ve watched Lewis for a while, our scouts flagged him up at first and we got some more feedback from people who we know, and they told us that this boy had a real chance of going places.”
