Notts County and Solihull Moors’ midweek National League game has had a change of venue.

The fixture this Wednesday will now take place at Notts’ Meadow Lane.

The switch comes as a result of concerns over snowfall adversely affecting Solihull’s pitch.

Notts County say: “The Meadow Lane playing surface is currently under snow, which will be left in place overnight to protect the turf from the forecasted heavy frost. Staff will then work throughout Tuesday to remove the snow and give the match the best possible chance of going ahead.

“Under ordinary circumstances, we would welcome supporters to the stadium to help clear the snow. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be unable to facilitate this.”
