Dagenham & Redbridge have re-signed big defender Magnus Okuonghae.
Okuoanghae joined Luton Town in the summer of 2015 from Colchester United, where he had been captain.
The experienced 30-year-old, 6`2” centre-half penned an initial two-year deal at Kenilworth Road after six seasons with the Essex club.
He has a wealth of experience with over 350 games under his belt during a career which started at Fulham and toom in stops at the sadly now defunct Rushden & Diamonds, Aldershot Town and St Albans City, where his form earned him an England C cap.
He also played under current Daggers` John Still in his previous spell in charge at Victoria Road.
Still originally plucked the Nigerian from then-Conference club Crawley in 2007 and the defender went onto feature sixty-three times for the Daggers.
After helping Dagenham to an eighth-place finish in League Two in 2008/09 he made the short hop to sign for Colchester.
During his time at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, Okuonghae played 196 games at League One level, scoring 8 goals.
However, following Still`s departure from Kenilworth Road, Okuonghae featured only a handful of times and spent time out on loan with Hartlepool United.
After making a total of fourteen appearances in his one season with the Hatters, his contract was cancelled by mutual consent at the end of August.
