With the fourth round qualifying draw in this season’s FA Cup to be made later today, one team will be receiving a bye.

This is due to the winding-up last month of Macclesfield Town, with the Silkmen’s omission leaving an odd number of sides in the northern section.

Therefore, the final northern side to be drawn out will receive a bye to the first round proper of the competition.

The club will also receive the same prize money (£9,375) as the winning teams for the fourth round qualifying.
