Oxford City have announced the signing of Wilson Carvalho from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Kettering Town and taken striker Kaiman Anderson on loan from Sky Bet League One side Shrewsbury Town until the end of the season.
Attacking midfielder Carvalho joins Mark Jones’ squad having started his career at Fulham, before moving for a spell at Stevenage.
He joined the Nike Academy and impressed in trials at Birmingham City before moving to Port Vale.
After a spell at Braintree Town and Canvey Island, he signed up at Corby Town and was a key part of their 2014/15 championship-winning side, earning promotion to the National League North.
Since then, he joined up with the Poppies and had been at Latimer Park since November 2015.
Anderson has recently returned to the Shrews following a successful spell on loan with Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division side Halesowen Town.
Anderson progressed through the youth ranks at Shrewsbury and signed his first professional contract with the club last season.
He had spells on loan at AFC Telford United as well as Halesowen where he had two temporary periods.
