After several weeks of waiting to go to Premier League Crystal Palace, this week seventeen year-old AFC Sudbury defender Tyler French has got his chance to display his talents with the South London club.
After joining up with the academy players of Ipswich Town on a couple of occasions and playing in trial games, other suitors have come into the equation, one being the Selhurst Park club.
Tyler, the son of former Sudbury Town utility man Tony, has been putting in some outstanding performances for the AFC first team in recent weeks and it is no surprise that higher league clubs have been alerted his potential.
AFC play at Leatherhead on Wednesday evening (weather permitting) and Tyler will be available for selection for the game.
