Norwich City academy player Connor Parsons’ contract with the Premier League club has been cancelled by mutual consent.

He has signed for Norwich United, who are led by former Canaries midfielder Cédric Anselin.

Parsons, 19, has been with Norwich City since he was a schoolboy, signing as a scholar in July 2017, before signing his first professional contract this summer.

He made three appearances for the Under-23s this season.
