Paul Cox has been named as Kettering Town’s new manager.
It marks a return to management for the former Mansfield Town boss, who left his role at Guiseley last February. The 47-year-old former Notts County defender was a player for Kettering in two separate spells, making 125 appearances.
Interim managers Steve Kinniburgh and Luke Graham will be in charge of the game at Curzon Ashton this coming Saturday. The Poppies are currently bottom of the Vanarama National League North, though they have a game in hand on the two sides above them and are just a point adrift.
Cox’s managerial experience also includes time at Eastwood Town, Torquay United and Barrow.
