Former Gillingham boss Adrian Pennock has been appointed the new first team manager at Barrow AFC.
Pennock has managed in both the National League and the EFL, mostly recently at Gillingham after spells at both Forest Green and Welling United as manager.
He also spent six years at Stoke City as both a youth team and first team coach under Tony Pulis.
Managing director Andrew Casson said “We are delighted to have Adrian on board. It quickly became clear that he was the stand out candidate, having met with him at our games against Ebbsfleet and Chester.
“We are convinced that he can lead us forward, to climb up the table and help us build the club in the community as well.”
