Rob Woodbine, who has been the physio at Halesowen for over nine years, is to stand down ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.
The Yeltz thanked Woodbine for his dedication over the years, his personality and said his charming nature will be missed around the dressing room.
Rob said, ‘It is with a heavy heart that I have give notice of my resignation from my position at the Football Club.It has been an honour and privilege to work for Halesowen Town Football Club over the past 9 years.
Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances with my career I have had to review my commitments.
I have been unable to assure John that I can give him the time/dedication that the job deserves and maintain the high standards I have set for myself. I therefore think it’s correct to give someone else a chance to provide the expert medical care to assist John, Matt, Kev and Dan to achieve their aims for the season ahead.
During my time at the club there have been many people who have supported me, I fear that by mentioning names I may forget someone. So I will simply say a big thank you to each and every supporter and committee/staff member that I have had the pleasure of working with.
Halesowen Town Football Club are within my heart and I will continue to support the club by coming to watch games this season and beyond. I look forward to seeing you all around The Grove very soon.”
