Boston United have bolstered their squad with a double signing ahead of Saturday’s trip to Curzon Ashton.
York City defender Sam Muggleton and Peterborough United forward Morgan Penfold have both arrived on loan.
York left-sider Muggleton (21) has joined the Pilgrims on an initial month’s loan. The former Gillingham and Barnet player is capable of operating anywhere down the left-hand side.
Peterborough striker Penfold (18), meanwhile, has linked up with the Pilgrims on a youth loan basis. He has already spent a successful loan spell with Biggleswade Town this season and scored three times in his month-long stay with the Southern League side.
Both players are eligible to make their United debuts at the Tameside Stadium.
