Chelmsford City have confirmed that Steve Pitt has left his role as head of football operations.

Pitt, who has also previously been head of recruitment and chief scout at the Clarets, returned to the club last April following a brief period away.




On his departure, manager Robbie Simpson told the club’s website:

“Pittsy has served many years for Chelmsford and done a fantastic job.

“I can’t thank him enough for agreeing to come back and help me settle into the role as manager.”
