Midfielder Kristian Platt has left Welsh Premier club Bala Town and has signed for Stalybridge Celtic.

Platt joined Bala from AFC Telford United.

A product of the Chester City academy, he made one appearance for City’s first-team before moving to Stalybridge Celtic where he scored 12 goals in 132 games.

Twenty-four-year-old Platt hails from Rock Ferry and played thirteen times for AFC Telford before making the switch to the Welsh Premier in the summer on 2015.

Platt re-joins Stalybridge after making sixteen appearances for the Lakesiders in his only season at Maes Tegid.
