Notts County boss Neal Ardley is still holding out hope of promotion after the latest news from the EFL.
County have been handed a boost in their hopes to secure promotion back to the EFL.
The League’s latest statement today outlined that relegation from the three of its divisions is integral to the integrity of the pyramid.
Notts are awaiting an update from the National League to find out what the next step is for the fifth tier after its curtailment last month.
For now, Neal Ardley is remaining hopeful.
He told the BBC: “The play-offs would be my first choice.
“You’re going to need four weeks of training to go into play-offs so these decisions need to be made.”
