Poole Town have announced three new signings.
Joe Cook is a centre back that came through Sheffield Wednesday’s academy and has impressed in pre-season games.
He moved to the Dorset area after being released by the Owls at end of the 2016/2017 season.
In addition to his defensive duties, Joe has an eye for goal. In last season’s U18 game against Hull City, Joe got a hat trick in a 5-2 victory.
After two years playing in the USA, Jack Dickson has returned to the UK and has signed for the Dolphins. A versatile player, Jack is a fan’s favourite his tenacity matching his obvious skill.
Matt Neale signed professional terms with AFC Bournemouth in February 2016 after joining the Academy at the age of nine.
The winger fought back from injury to earn his first professional deal with the club but was one of three U21 players released in May 2017. Like Joe and Jack, Matt has impressed in pre-season and is a welcome addition to Tommy Killick’s squad.
