With the assistance and blessing of Richard’s parents, Kettering Town and Macclesfield Town will play a pre-season friendly at Latimer Park next season for the Richard Butcher Trophy.
All funds raised from this game, after expenses, will be shared between the clubs and out back into football by both clubs.
The date of the game will be advised in the summer.
