Kettering Town have announced that their current player of the season, Dominic Langdon, has decided, through work commitments, to retire from the game.

Kettering-born Langdon is a defender who’s previous clubs include Histon, Atherstone Town, Brackley Town, Tamworth, Solihull Moors, where he made over 150 appearances, and Leamington.
 
He also represented the British Universities at the 2011 World Student Games in China.




He was an ever-present last season as the Poppies failed to reach the play offs and was voted the Board of Directors` player of the season.

Langdon was an extremely popular and well-liked player throughout the club.
