AFC Telford United have announced the re-signing of central defender Dan Preston.

Preston, who made seventy appearances for the Bucks between 2010 and 2014, returns
Telford Unitedto the New Bucks Head after two seasons with Tamworth, featuring in a Lambs defence that conceded the fewest goals in the National League North last season.

The 24-year-old has joined on a one-year deal.

The Bucks have also agreed terms with full-back Dwayne Samuels.

The 2015/16 supporters` player of the year is amongst the first players to commit to the club for next season.

He agreed to sign after meeting manager Rob Smith, despite receiving several offers from other clubs.

AFC Telford have released popular midfielder Sean Clancy.

Clancy joined the Bucks in 2013 as former boss Liam Watson`s first signing, and made over 130 appearances for the club.

Clancy joins Jonny Gorman, Jordan Goddard, Greg Wilkinson and Kyle Brownhill, who have all been released by the Bucks.
