Previous meetings with fellow strugglers Chesterfield are in the past as Wrexham boss Dean Keates targets another win in the fight against relegation.
The teams will meet for a fourth time this season tomorrow at The Proact Stadium, with the Spireites winning the reverse league fixture 1-0 in October and Wrexham claiming victory by the same score later that month in an FA Cup fourth qualifying round replay following a 1-1 draw.
Both teams need points in their bid for National League survival and Keates says his players will be fired up.
“I think they are in the past now,” Keates said in reference to the other three games.
“There has been a managerial change there and they found a little bit of form and picked up some decent results; I wouldn’t say it was a 3-0 game (against Notts County) last weekend so it is going to be a difficult game for us.”
