Striker Daniel Udoh has vowed to knuckle down in a bid to continue his hot streak in front of goal for AFC Telford United, report The Shropshire Star.

Udoh has scored three goals in the Bucks’ last two games – victories against Spennymoor Town and Brackley.

And with his old club Chester coming to town on Saturday, the 21-year-old is refusing to rest on his laurels.

“I’m getting to that age where I really need to get my head down,” said Udoh.

“Luckily for me, I’ve got a manager here in Gavin (Cowan) that allows me to go out there and play – as long as I work hard and take on the messages.

“I feel free when I’m out there playing at the moment and that’s something which I haven’t felt for quite a long time.”
