Devonte Redmond insists there is a lot more to come from him after the midfielder opened his account for Wrexham.

Summer signing Redmond weighed in with two assists during the opening four games but bagged his first Reds’ goal in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Notts County.

After scoring with a well-executed shot from the edge of the area to put Wrexham back on level terms just five minutes after going behind, Redmond has vowed to continue playing his part in the quest for success.

“I just had to cut inside and I think I had to go for it,” said Redmond.

“At that point in the game, we were under a bit of pressure and thankfully it ended up going in.

“I am happy I could help the lads and that is what I will carry on doing going forward.”
