Sam Ricketts has hailed the way Wrexham have responded to defeats this season, say The Leader.
The Reds have only lost twice in 15 league outing and currently sit fourth in the National League, two points behind leaders Salford City.
Beaten for the first time at Solihull Moors on August 27, Wrexham bounced back with three wins and a draw before losing 3-0 at Sutton United.
Wrexham have taken seven points from a possible nine since that defeat to sit fourth in the table and Ricketts is pleased with his side’s performances as well as the results.
“The reaction has been that our performance levels have just gone straight back to where they were,” said Ricketts.
“The games we have lost, our performance levels haven’t been good enough for one reason or another.
“But what we have been able to do is bounce straight back to a performance level which we need to be at to give ourselves a chance in all these games.
“Ultimately it is about winning games and we have dug deep in a few games and won.”
