Met Police FC have confirmed that midfielder Luke Robertson is out for the rest of the season with a broken ankle.

The injury was suffered during their defeat against East Thurrock on Saturday.

The news was confirmed via a statement on the club website on Tuesday morning.

The statement read “Midfielder Luke Robertson, who had recently made his first team debut, has unfortunately been ruled out for the rest of the season after breaking his ankle in the home defeat to East Thurrock on Saturday. He has already undergone surgery.
