Tranmere Rovers loanee Ben Tollitt says that he has enjoyed his time so far at Prenton Park.

The 21-year-old winger is currently on loan from EFL League Two side Portsmouth, a deal which was extended until the middle of December after impressing during his initial one-month spell.

Tollitt says he will be doing his utmost during his time at the Club to try and help Rovers back into the English Football League.

He said: “While I’m here, I will do everything, and I mean everything, I can to try and get Tranmere back to where they should be. I’ll always do my best while I’m here.

“We have a bit of a break before the next game against Chester at home. The break will refresh us and hopefully we’ll be back flying for that derby game.”

Tollitt has quickly become one of the favourites for the fans with his exciting dribbling skills which were added to with an assist and a goal in Tranmere’s last outing at Dover.

He says he is equally impressed by the Super White Army.

Tollitt added: “The fans here are class. I went to get a drink of Scotty’s (Davies) water at Dover last weekend and they all went mad! The support is first class.”
