Yeovil Town boss Darren Sarll admitted his squad still needs reinforcements after seeing striker Myles Hippolyte forced out of the defeat to Barnet after suffering concussion.

Already without defenders Luke Wilkinson and Carl Dickinson through injury, Sarll saw his options further reduced after Hippolyte clashed heads with James Dunne.

The summer signing is likely to be ruled out of tomorrow night’s home game against Eastleigh, forcing the Glovers to re-think their plans just one game into the season.

Sarll said: “We don’t have the biggest squad and it was a blow to see Myles come off because he is an athlete and brings a good balance to our team.

“He had to come off with a bang to his head and we took the right precautions because someone’s health and safety is more important than a game of football.”
