Forest Green Rovers have released seven players following the final game of their 2015-16 Vanarama National League campaign.
David Pipe, James Jennings, Clovis Kamdjo, Delano Sam-Yorke, Brett Williams, Lenny Pidgeley and Dale Eve move on after Rovers 3-1 loss to Grimsby Town in the Promotion Final at Wembley.
However the club has also exercised the option of an extra year on the contracts of Elliott Frear, Charlie Clough, Kurtis Guthrie and Rob Sinclair.
Rovers will take another stab at promotion next season under the management of former Swindon and Notts County boss Mark Cooper who will start with another eight players already on the books, in the form of: Keanu Marsh-Brown, Jon Parkin, Jonny Maxted, Kieffer Moore, Ben Jefford, Anthony Jeffrey, Louis McGrory and young Academy graduate Joe Stokes.
Forest Green is in negotiations with six other players: Aarran Racine, Steve Arnold, Dale Bennett, Sam Wedgbury, Marcus Kelly and Darren Carter.
