After the weekend’s defeat against Horsham, Sittingbourne manager Nick Davis offered his resignation, which was accepted by the club’s committee.

Davis departs with the side in 14th place in the Bostik League South, and the club thanked Davis and his assistant Tony Cornwell on the club’s website for their work:

Sittingbourne Football Club would like to thank both both Nick and Tony Cornwell for all they have achieved at the club in the past five years and wish them well for the future, A further statement will follow later.
