Porthmadog-based attacking midfielder Leo Smith has agreed and signed his first professional contract with Wrexham.

Already given his senior debut by manager Dean Keates. the boss sees a promising contract ahead for the Welsh youngster.

“I’m glad he has put pen-to-paper, as he is player I have high hopes for,” said Keates.

“He has had his chance in the first team and really seized that opportunity.

“I’m delighted to see another of the youth players pushing through the ranks and he has a bright future in the game”.
