Solihull Moors may be without Jamey Osborne for the remainder of the campaign.

Manager Jimmy Shan gave an update on the 28-year-old midfielder, explaining:

“It’s looking like Jamey Osborne may need some surgical work and an operation on his knee.

“That’s still being discussed, the whole process and timing of that. It’s looking likely that Jamey may now unfortunately miss the remainder of the season.”

There is better news elsewhere in the squad:

“Jamie Ward is on the grass and running, not a million miles away. Jamie’s not too far away.

“James Ball’s returned to full training and will be available for selection tomorrow. Cameron Archer will hopefully be back for team selection from Tuesday onwards.

“Callum Howe is still on his road to recovery and we’re hoping we can get him into some more ball work over the next 7-10 days. Hopefully in two to two-and-a-half weeks at a big stretch, he’ll be back into full training.

“That’ll be a massive boost.”
