Southend United midfielder Timothée Dieng has signed for Exeter City.
The Frenchman joins the League Two side on a one-year contract.
Southend say they offered the 29-year-old a new deal at Roots Hall.
The former Oldham Athletic and Bradford City man departs after three years with the Shrimpers.
Exeter boss Matt Taylor told the club’s website:
“Tim is a great midfield player and is vastly experienced.
“He’s been back over in France with his family, so it took a little time to get him across with quarantine regulations, but he’s here now and has a three-week period to get ready for the season.”
