Irish winger Rowan Roache has joined on loan from Blackpool FC until January 2nd.
The 17-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Seasiders in July on a two-year deal.
Roache was part of the Blackpool U18 side that won the Lancashire FA Youth Cup and North West Youth Alliance League double last season, scoring 30 goals in 31 matches for the side. He made his senior debut during Blackpool’s EFL Trophy game against Doncaster, scoring in the post-match penalty shootout.
Beginning his international career with Ireland U16’s, he represented the National U17 side at the Under 17 European Championships in Croatia this summer. He scored one goal in the group-stage against Bosnia-Herzegovina with the team progressing into the knockout stages before being eliminated in the Quarter Finals against England.
