Spennymoor Town versus Blyth Spartans in the National League North tonight has been postponed.
The game was due to take place at Spennymoor’s Brewery Field but has now been called off due to a positive COVID-19 test in the Blyth squad. A rescheduled date for the fixture will be announced in due course.
Blyth have since confirmed the postponement of their following two matches, against Kettering Town and Boston United, due to the necessary period of self-isolation.
It is the latest fixture disruption in a division that currently has teams who have played anywhere between three and eight games so far in 2020/21.
